Q. What happens if my website goes down, is hacked or breaks?

A. The best benefit of our website care plans is that the chances of this reduce significantly. During each month we monitor and where needed update the software that runs your site. If something does go wrong, then we have daily backups and technical expertise to ensure the website is back to normal in the shortest time possible.

We cannot guarantee your website will not be hacked but we can promise we will do everything we can to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup.

Q. How do consulting calls work?

A. While email is fantastic for general communication, sometimes we need to get together in real time for a bit of brainstorming or strategy development. We make time available each month for this. To book a time for your call, you simply book your consultation via our online calendar. Well respond with a plan and agenda ready so we can make the most out of the time together.

Q. What if I need something that is outside the care plans?

A. If you have a task that is beyond what is included in your plan, you can send through a brief for which well provide a separate quote for. Our standard rate is $110 p/hr.

Q. Can I use my own web host?

A. This is one of those “it depends” questions. If you have an existing host we can review them to see if their product and service is up to the standard we like our clients to be on. If not, we have a couple of hosting providers we highly recommend.

Q. How does billing work?

A. Billing is all managed automatically via Credit Card and this occurs on a monthly basis.

Q. What if I want to cancel?

A. We totally respect any clients decision when it comes to ongoing support and service. If you would like to cancel your site care plan, please email us 30 days prior to renewal and we will cancel your monthly payments.
